LECTURE - TOWCESTER CAMERA CLUB 9TH MARCH 2011

I am delighted to have been invited again to Towcester Camera Club in Northamptonshire this week. "Creative Techniques", my most recent lecture, went down a storm with the club with some excellent questions and feedback from the membership. Interestingly, it was the 'Why' element of the talk that appealed the most to the audience. For me the 'Why' is where an image starts, and is way up in importance above technique and location. I was also complemented on being clear and taking the audience on a journey throughout the talk.

A list of the lectures I have prepared can be found on the Events page.

NEW WORK - VARIOUS JUN-OCT'10

An update to my online gallery has been long overdue, with nothing new here since May 2010. In my defence I moved house in May to the beautiful county of Dorset, but even a house move has not stopped me getting out and about in all sorts of locations. The complete list is Whitby and the Yorkshire Dales in June, the Dorset & Norfolk coast in August, Dungeness (again) & Tintern Abbey & the South Wales coast in September, and finally three days away with Steve Gosling and David Tarn in a variety of locations around the Malvern Hills in October.

The previous New Work images featuring bluebells and spring flowers have now been absorbed into the main Portfolio pages. The best from the last 5 months, over 50 images, can now be found in the New Work gallery on the Portfolio page.
